At Vexi Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains our return and refund procedures for both physical 3D printed products and digital downloads.
Physical Products (3D Printed Items)
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not satisfied with your 3D printed item, we’re here to help.
Eligible for Return/Refund
• Damaged Items: Products that arrive damaged or broken
• Defective Items: Products with manufacturing defects
• Wrong Item: If we sent the wrong product
Return Window
You have 14 days from delivery to report issues and request a return or refund.
How to Request a Return
1. Email us at support@vexistudio.com with:
– Your order number
– Description of the issue
– Photos of the damaged/defective item
2. We’ll review your request within 2 business days
3. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions or issue a refund/replacement
Refund Options
• Full refund to original payment method
• Replacement of the item at no additional cost
• Store credit for future purchases
Non-Returnable Items
• Items damaged due to misuse or accidents after delivery
• Items that have been modified or altered
• Custom or personalized orders (unless defective)
Return Shipping
• For damaged/defective items: We cover return shipping costs
• For change of mind: Customer covers return shipping (if applicable)

Digital Products (Design Files)
Important Notice
Digital downloads are generally NON-REFUNDABLE due to the nature of digital products. Once downloaded, the files cannot be “returned.”
Exceptions – When We Will Refund
• Corrupted Files: If the downloaded files are corrupted and we cannot provide working replacements
• Wrong Product: If you received access to the wrong design files
• Technical Issues: If you’re unable to download the files due to issues on our end, and we cannot resolve them
How to Request a Refund for Digital Products
1. Contact us at support@vexistudio.com within 2 days of purchase
2. Explain the issue you’re experiencing
3. Provide any relevant screenshots or details
4. We’ll work to resolve the issue or process a refund
Not Eligible for Refund
• Change of mind after downloading
• Incompatibility with your software (check file formats before purchasing)
• Inability to use files due to lack of technical knowledge
• Purchases made more than 7 days ago

Processing Time
• Refund Approval: Within 2-3 business days
• Refund Processing: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement (depends on your payment provider)
