This policy applies to **physical 3D printed products** only. Digital downloads are delivered instantly via email/download link.

Processing Time

All 3D printed items are **made to order**. Please allow time for production:

Shipping Issues

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for:
• Packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error
• Packages that are undeliverable due to incomplete addresses

We can ship to P.O. Boxes for standard shipping. Expedited shipping may require a physical address.
